Quick and careful strap fitting. I came in without an appointment, they sized a leather strap in about 20 minutes and gave me some advice on conditioning it. Small thing, but the lug area was noticeably cleaner when I left than when I arrived. Happy to go back.

A few watches worth mentioning
Challenge
A 1978 Swiss automatic brought in by a family in Chiang Mai. The movement had not been serviced in over fifteen years and was losing around four minutes a day. The case showed heavy wear and several small dents.
Approach
Full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, and part-by-part inspection of the calibre. A worn mainspring was replaced. The case was refinished gently to reduce scratches without removing the patina the owners valued. Three weeks in total.
Result
Movement running within +/- 8 seconds per day across positions. Family chose to keep the original crown rather than replace it, which we accommodated. A written summary of the work was included at collection.

Challenge
A visitor from Germany arrived with a dress watch that had developed a crack across the mineral crystal during travel. The watch was mechanically sound. He had three days before his flight.
Approach
We sourced a profile-matched mineral crystal the same afternoon and completed the replacement the following day. Gaskets were inspected and replaced. A light polish was applied to the bezel during the work.
Result
Watch returned within 36 hours, well ahead of the client's departure. The crystal profile matched the original closely. He collected it on the way back through Nimman the next morning.
